Built for the way private
markets share data
Trusted by leading private markets institutions.
Daphne creates a trusted data connection between GPs and allocators—so portfolio company data can move from its source into the systems where it is needed, without losing control, context, or provenance.
Our mission
Infrastructure built around relationships
Infrastructure built around relationships
Daphne connects the workflows GPs and allocators already use. GPs submit and approve data in their own formats, while allocators receive GP-attested data mapped to their systems, with every point traceable to its source. No new standard or destination—just a direct, permissioned connection.

Allocators should have direct access to portfolio company data, structured around how they work, while GPs remain in control. Daphne makes both possible through trusted infrastructure for requesting, authorizing, and delivering private-market data.
